The TB32-FM/L machine is an automatic toothbrush production cell with two separate single-head filling tools designed for high volume production of toothbrushes that have complex tufting and trim profiles.
Key features:
- Two single-head filling tool machines (total of two filling heads)
- Two automatic handle feeders (one for each filling station)
- Two single fiber boxes (one for each filling station)
- Equipped with 2 trimming units and 4 endrounding units on the finishing machine (FM)
- Machine speeds up to 1,000 RPM continuously (2,000 tufts per minute)
Key benefits:
- Produce up to 70 brushes per minute
- Up to a maximum of 6 trimming units and 10 endrounding units can be installed
- When fully equipped with optional endrounders, endrounding quality is unsurpassed
- Up to five fiber selections with available fiber box options
