In Boucherie’s mold technology center resources are focused on designing and constructing molds for dental and household brush products, medical products and high volume, consumer and packaging products.
Development of a final product design is accomplished by boucherie engineers through analysis of customper supplied models, drawings or CAD files.
The boucherie manufacturing facility is one of the most sophisticated of its type. It is here that the elements defined during product design, prototyping and mould design are drawn together in the process of converting your concept into a physical reality.
Boucherie's mould testing area is equipped with two single-component, three bi-component and two tri-component injection moulding machines.
With 3D CAD CAM, advanced machinery with names like Dixi, Agie, Hauser, Hermle, DMG, Studer etc. and highly skilled and experienced craftsmen, boucherie is uniquely positioned to provide world class products, supported by first class engineering and manufacturing.
